Training Terms Explained

DME: Drooling Moron Episode -- the length or intensity of any period in which you are incapable of coherent speech following a race.
KKR: King Kong Rating -- whether or not you feel like mounting the Empire State Building and kicking ass at the end of a training block
PS: Pancake Scale -- how flat you feel at the end of a training block
BJV: Bad Judgment Vector -- the relationship between how intensely or how often one asks "was this really a good idea" and the answer "no"
CR: Coffin Rating -- a measure of how long, or how deep, one has to go into a really dark place to keep going.
JBF : Juke Box Factor -- how many songs start running over and over in your head, and their quality
VI : Vomitability Index -- how close the most recent meal comes to reverse egress
ESF : Eat Shit Factor. The degree of anger required to complete the workout or race
